Female Personal Assistant is needed for reputable doctor جراح أمراض ذكورة, will carry out responsibility for two clinics in Mohandessin and Sheikh Zayed. Will be responsible for maintaining healthy, welcoming, productive and professional environment.

Role and responsibilities

- Taking and organizing reservations
- Managing the front desk of both clinics
- Managing the workflow in both clinics during working hours
- Supervising other staff work duties
- Managing patient billing and invoicing
- Assisting the doctor as needed, acting as his executive and personal assistant
- Receiving and directing patients to appropriate area making sure patients are escorted by one of the office staff
- Handling phone calls, social media and email correspondence and updating patient records
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings as requested by assisting in booking meeting venues, arranging for coffee breaks, meeting stationary and printing materials
- Facilitating in-country travel arrangements including reservation of flights and accommodation for staff, visitors and workshops' participants
- Maintaining filing systems for records, correspondence and other material related to administration files

Job requirements

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Naturally charismatic, good looking, and stylish
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong management skills
- Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; attention to detail a must
- Excellent English
- Excellent Computer Skills
